SkyRiver manages our desktop and Microsoft environments. This frees us up to focus on our engineering tasks. For issue support, their team is prompt and resolves general items in a timely manner. More challenging items will take longer to involve their subject matter experts which is typical for many support organizations.

Shelik is always on point and helps get my issues resolved quickly and efficiently. The whole team at Skyriver are always polite and a pleasure to work with.

Ahlissa was able to help me free up space on my hard drive and I was still able to complete my everyday tasks while this was happening. She knew exactly what to do and if she wasn't sure, was able to research a solution.
